With 49 efficiency apartments and a community room, Connections provides permanent clean & sober housing for homeless, individuals who are chemically dependent or who also may have co-occurring disorders. Specific targeted intensive case management, support, and encouragement are provided to residents. Connections also features a unique Personal Hygiene Center for homeless non residents to shower during certain hours of the day. |
