101 Pre- Recovery House (5 units)

 
Purpose is to provide affordable housing for persons at or below 50% of the area median income to address critical local housing needs. Pre-recovery is a type of housing where alcohol is not an impediment to living there, providing the opportunity for these individuals to become connected to the services that exist in our community, aiming to improve the lives of its residents through reduced alcohol consumption, better health care, and increased stability.
